"I sized down from a my usual size, as the other reviews mentioned it runs slightly bigger. As seen in the photo, it's meant to sit low rise but I wanted it to fit more high/mid rise. I'm 5'5"" and it hits right below my calves when I have it up to my waist. It's very well made and I can wear any color underwear under it and does not show through!"
