General Info & Public Holidays
Your delivery timeframe begins once the carrier has received and scanned your parcel into their system. Delivery estimates apply to business days only and exclude weekends and public holidays. Please allow an additional business day for each public or national holiday.
At this time, we're unable to ship to military addresses.
Weekends & Mondays
Standard Delivery orders placed over the weekend are processed the next business day. If your order is placed over the weekend or on Monday, please allow for one additional day to your delivery timeframe.
Sale Periods
During our sale periods, there may be a slight delay of 1-3 business days in processing and shipping your order. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
Tracking
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and instructions.

Same Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is offered between 6:00pm and 9:00pm for eligible Sydney postcodes.
Delivery cannot be made to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
