Your delivery timeframe starts once the carrier has received and scanned your package into their system. Please note, the timeframe applies to business days only and excludes weekends and public holidays. Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship to military addresses at this time.

Public Holidays
Please note, the timeframe applies to business days only and excludes weekends and public holidays in Australia and your country. Please allow an extra day for each public or national holiday.

Weekends & Mondays
We typically don't work on weekends, so for orders made on the weekend or Monday with Standard Delivery, please allow an extra day for delivery.

Sale Periods
Please note that during our sale period, there may be a slight delay of 1-3 business days in processing and shipping your order. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

Tracking
Once your order is packed and en route to you, we will send you an email with a tracking number with tracking instructions.

Same Day Delivery

If you’re a Peppermayo fan living in Sydney, you’re in luck. We offer same-day delivery between 6:00pm and 9:00pm, depending on your location.

This service is perfect when you have a big night out planned and need something new to wear but don’t have time to shop.
