Once the form is completed, both our Customer Service and Warehouse Teams will be notified. Your order will be placed on hold if your order has not yet been shipped out.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that your change request will be actioned in time, but completing this form as soon as you can will give us the best chance to change your order.

There is no need to email or contact us separately, we will email you to confirm the changes or request more information, as soon as our team has actioned your request.
