Not sure if your item is right for you? We offer FREE, Fast & Easy returns if you return for Store Credit or Exchange for different size or product. Yes! You heard correct, Australian and NZ customers will receive FREE (US$5.00 for US Customers) pre-paid return label emailed to you and we will send your replacement item for FREE or store credit as soon as your return is in transit.

Would you like a refund instead? Not a problem! An AU$10.95 return shipping fee (or US$13.50 for US Customers / NZ$12.00 Return Shipping Fee) will be deducted from your refund once your return is received by us.

For the rest of world, customers will need to cover their own return shipping.

Exchange and Store Credit will be processed for free. Refunds attract a $10.00 Processing Fee.
