    Received this bag and there is no way to make it functional. Reached out to support asking for it to be replaced and haven’t heard from anyone in days. Won’t be purchasing from here again.

    Lovely bag

    Adore the closure of this bag, it kind of securely snaps back within its structure without a real clasp.
