The dress is on the heavier side, it's definitely not cheaply constructed or minimal fabric was not used.
The lining is very soft while the outside of the dress is like a coarse cotton with a bit more texture. But this helps it fall the way it does.
A lot poofier than I initially imagined, but great volume. You can cinch yourself even more with the tie in the back.
I'm 5'5" and it does graze the floor but with heels, it's a perfect maxi length. Very true to size.
