    Never received package and customer services is horrible

    I ordered this dress the beginning of January for an end of March wedding. It “shipped” at the end of January and I have no received any new tracking information on my package. It is now March 1st and customer services won’t refund me my order because they keep telling me it’s DHLs problem and not theirs. Only problem is that DHL said the order was never scanned in at their facility and told me to ask for a refund since they never received the package. Peppermayo said it’s not their problem and they will not issue a refund to me, POOR POOR customer service.

    MUST HAVE

    Wore this to a winter wedding and felt amazing. I'm 5'4, 140 lbs and the M fit like a glove. Definitely the most comfortable dress I've ever worn and sucked me in in all the right places. HIGHLY recommend!!
